For the 2023 season, in addition to the teams competing in NCOBA, the BDBC will be fielding 16U and 18U AAA teams in the Elite Baseball League of Ontario (EBLO). The teams will compete as the National Capital Dodgers. Since 2014, the EBLO has grown to 13 regions, three age groups (15U, 16U, and 18U) and more than 50 teams. More than 100 athletes from EBLO teams have gone on to pursue university and college baseball careers.

The BDBC is excited for this opportunity to compete against some of the best teams in Ontario. We have a talented team of coaches, trainers and instructors supporting the team including: strength and conditioning coach Greg Pollock of Gladiator Training and hitting coach Seb Boucher who was drafted in the 7^th round of the 2004 MLB draft by the Seattle Mariners.
